A curated selection of what we’ve been doing, reading, and watching in the month of May. This month brought us comic relief and exciting new developments in anything from technology to our favorite shows that we wouldn’t want anyone to miss.

May brought another trailer for the revival of Twin Peaks. We’re anxiously awaiting the shows third season, scheduled to return on May 21st.

Melissa McCarthy gave us the comic relief we needed this month when she rolled through the streets of New York on a podium while dressed as her SNL alter-ego, Sean Spicer.

We loved Ikea’s quick and witty response to Balenciaga charging over $2,000 for a bag that barred striking resemblance to their Frakta tote, which costs less than $1.

The first California State Park in Los Angeles opened this month after spending over a decade being developed. It pays homage to the history of the city while also providing open spaces.

Google’s ML-driven chat app Allo is taking selfies to a whole new level, turning a photo into personalized stickers. There’s a wide variety to choose from and there will be collaborations with different artists in the future to provide changing looks personalized to your own selfies.
