Much of this month was spent in transit for some of our team, as we jetted around the country (and the world) to connect with clients and bond with our team. But that didn’t stop us from accomplishing an exciting month on the project front. We launched brand new sites for Robot Film Company and Arts & Sciences, added a few new exciting clients to our roster, and took a look back at our web design work with Garrett Leight and social strategy work with Fuzzy Door on the blog.
Web Developers Svebor and Luka made the journey to Los Angeles all the way from Croatia, where they took in all the fun activities and delicious food that our city has to offer — starting with a foundational meal of In N’ Out, of course.
While we had them in town, Managing Partner Nick hosted the team at his for a BBQ, where we enjoyed tacos, ceviche, homemade guac, and some highly potent liquor courtesy of Croatia.
Nick and Head of Content Erin trekked up to Oregon for the day to visit Nike World Headquarters and celebrate a successful partnership with their team. They spent the day exploring the campus and checking out cool pieces of Nike’s history, including iconic tennis outfits worn by Serena Williams and an Air Jordans display. The trip ended with a happy hour drink with our friends at Lucky Day, and though they got caught in a power outage caused by a beaver chewing through a tree, the trip was an overall good time.
