Almost 35 years after the club's closure, the debauchery, disco and pure hedonism are revealed.

Studio 54 was a popular New York nightclub regularly attended by the likes of Andy Warhol, Mick Jagger, Bianca Jagger, Jerry Hall, Debbie Harry, Grace Jones, Michael Jackson, Calvin Klein, Elton John, and Brooke Shields. (If this is the first time you are hearing about this then you've got a lot of catching up to do and also a Ryan Phillippe film to watch.)

It was the world’s most renowned disco for a reason, and for almost all of its most formidable years Hasse Persson and his camera were fixtures at the place.

In a new book aptly titled Studio 54, the hedonism of the late '70s art and fashion set that he exquisitely captured is exposed. Relive the revelry and cop a beautifully bound, zeitgeist-capturing coffee table book to boot!
