Anonymous Content is a force of nature in advertising, film, television, and talent and literary management. Founded in 1999 by Steve Golin, the company’s unparalleled excellency in their work keep them at the top of the class.

They approached us for a website design in the same way they approach their own amazing roster of directors and creative talent: with a strong guiding vision and a lot of trust in our creative know-how.

Each director reel is limited to four spots, which allowed us to keep the design very clean, minimalistic, and visually dynamic. Breaking away from the traditional thumbnail grid page layout on the directors’ individual pages meant we could utilize larger imagery for each of the curated spots, maximizing the video player and simplifying the viewing experience.

The global influence of the company required consideration, as partnerships with Somesuch, Serial Pictures, and Iconoclast needed representation without breaking the overarching branding on the site. On the commercials landing page, the user is greeted with Anonymous’ directors, while sub navigation with logos from their sister companies takes you into those respective rosters.

We also built an active search functionality to allow users to search from any page on the website. As you type in the words, it provides you with results in real time and separates results between work and news articles.
