The Brief

Philanthropic foundation BeyGOOD had the cultural recognition of founder Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and an extensive track record of giving back, and came to Funkhaus for a new site that captures their essential spirit as an organization. The digital transformation provided a canvas to evolve BeyGOOD’s visual identity, formalizing a bold, graphic design language that feels purposeful and delivers a web presence that speaks to all audiences with confidence.

A living platform for a legacy of giving

The redesign introduced a philanthropic timeline that traces BeyGOOD's roots back to the earliest days of Mrs. Knowles-Carter’s career, making it clear that this commitment to giving has been there from the very beginning. Combined with imagery of real community impact, the site cleanly and clearly tells the story behind the work the foundation has always done and continues to do.

Donation

BeyGOOD draws a wide audience, from devoted fans who visit the site out of love to institutional donors who arrive looking for proof of credibility. The previous site sent both groups off-site to donate, losing them at the most critical moment. Replacing that redirect with a fully embedded contribution form that’s accessible at any giving level creates a clear, frictionless path from casual visitor to committed supporter, and gives the foundation the conversion infrastructure it always deserved.

The programs section is where BeyGOOD's track record of community commitment and support comes alive. A dedicated index surfaces the full breadth of the foundation's initiatives, from scholarship programs to disaster relief efforts. Individual detail pages give each program flexibility to shine, with bold impact figures and photography leading the story. It's a structure that serves casual visitors and institutional donors equally.
